When I put my reference number in it sends me just to a help screen with no explanation. The code starts with OK then has a zero, and it appears to end in 0GB. It's extremely hard to tell between 0 and O on the receipt. No combination of these has got anywhere, all entered in upper case. Just wondered if it even works, since it looks like a school project made it.
