This is my biggest complaint about M1. I just dont understand why spin offs, splits and mergers don't work well.
I'm with you on owning Raytheon Technologies, United Technologies and "losing out" on Carrier and Otis. Brookfield Asset Management's split is incorrect for me and Brookfield Infrastructure partners just spun out BIPC which M1 immediately sold.
As an example, I dont understand why they can't treat these spin offs like they did with my Sprint and TMobile shares and show that a change needs to happen (add/remove this security) before changes can happen to that pie.
Really hope this is on their development plan now that the UI has been updated with a new color scheme.....
