I recently got a new Samsung S23 FE from my grandfather and I somehow cannot add my bmo(bank of montreal) debit card on it. I did everything like clearing the cache to completely deleting and reinstalling the app. I searched it up and the only debit card available is the one I'm trying to add. Any help?

I started using mobile payments about a month ago. My Debit and Cashback Visa are with Simplii, and my SPC Mastercard with BMO. I know that BMO is not supported on Samsung Pay, but for some reason, it doesn't appear to be supported on Google Pay either for me. I have no problems using my debit and Visa (and rewards cards) through either of the apps, but my BMO credit card never appears to work on the app. The POS terminals always tell me that this card is not supported. I always have to resort to my debit or Visa - which arguably I should use more considering I get much more cashback on it. I'm thinking I might as well get rid of Google Pay and exclusively use Samsung Pay since I only keep the Google Pay app for my Mastercard. Is this an issue for anyone else?
