It's got an above average interest rate for a checking account, gets you a World MasterDebit with cell phone insurance, airport lounge access, mastercard golf, and 55k free ATMs, SoFi is decent and it gets you exclusive discounts on Samsung Stuff. It's easier than that. Just open Groupon through the Samsung Pay app, look for the pop-up on the bottom and make a purchase, whether it's Samsung pay, or PayPal or whatever.
Just make a purchase and if it qualifies you'll earn cashback after what ever probationary period the site offers.

Tap to Transfer only works with Visa or Mastercard debit cards that are eligible for Samsung Wallet.
To use the feature, add an eligible debit card to Samsung Wallet.
Note: Not all cards in your wallet will work—some prepaid or rewards cards may appear as debit but aren’t eligible to receive money, depending on the card issuer.

Like the title says, how do you actually add funds to that card? There's a promotion going on where you can get a $10 cashback reward if you make 2 or more purchases. I want to do the promotion but in order to do so I need funds on the card.
When I go to the 'Add Money' section, I can pick the amount but then it tells me to add a debit/credit card. When I add a card, it tells me that card is already in Samsung Pay (because it is) and then returns to that screen. If I add a card that is not in Samsung Pay, it adds successfully but then still returns to that screen.
Any suggestions?

Adter 3 months of calling with samsung customer support i have learned a few things about samsung pay cash card. The first is that funds must be added via either A. A credit or debit card with another bank, B. Direct disposit from an employer. You cannot add funds directly from a bank account. Hope this helps.

Answer (1 of 2): ATM withdrawals are not currently supported by Samsung Pay. You can withdraw cash at any merchant or bank that has contactless point of sale devices that accept Samsung Pay. Look for places that accept Mastercard, Cirrus, or PULSE.
