February 9, 2022 - The Samsung Galaxy S22 series has just landed, but you might be running into some issues if you actually try to buy one of the new phones. They're only available for pre-order right now (with some hefty pre-order bonuses like a free storage upgrade), but the checkout process is failing for some customers.

February 9, 2022 - A quick look through Twitter shows that a lot of people are having trouble submitting pre-orders for the Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra on Samsung.com. The issue was highlighted by our friend Jason Howell at This Week in Tech, and the issues are shown by many other eager buyers on Twitter. The site seems to be crashing during checkout for most folks, with the act of adding items to your cart working just fine, but payment and shipping pages not loading and just getting stuck on a blank page.

February 9, 2022 - We here at Phandroid have run into multiple problems when it comes to trying to pre-order any of the offerings, and while Nick was able to get his pre-order in for the Galaxy S22 Ultra, shipping has already slipped. According to the order confirmation, his Galaxy S22 Ultra won’t arrive until March 8th, while I have been staring at a blank checkout page off and on for the past hour. The problems are not specific to the Galaxy S22 Ultra, as it appears that Samsung’s website also cannot currently handle the influx of those who want to grab the standard Galaxy S22 or S22+. Instead, you might be able to go through the Samsung Credit accessory selection, only to be greeted with a blank page on Samsung’s website when you are supposed to be taken to the checkout screen.

February 10, 2022 - Samsung's website now lets you order a Galaxy S22 device. Previously, the website would freeze or encounter an error on the checkout page.

February 9, 2022 - The Galaxy S22, S22+, S22 Ultra, and Galaxy Tab S8 tablets were just announced less than two hours ago. Did you want to pre-order from Samsung.com and get a bunch of pre-order goodies? Sorry, you can’t because Samsung’s checkout page isn’t working.

February 10, 2022 - Samsung Galaxy S22 smartphone Pre-Order cannot be completed, as the official website crashes while making a checkout.

March 14, 2022 - What a *****! It's been hours trying, one of the orders going through. S22 Ultra pre orders with any configuration are not been processed to the cart and checkout. I am sure Samsung team to look into better order experience - Having superior product is good but not enabling users to buy is ...

February 9, 2022 - We thought Google’s busted Pixel 6 launch was a situation-and-a-half, but it’s looking like Samsung has topped it with the Galaxy S22 launch. Since going live around 8AM Pacific, Samsung’s store has basically been busted and it is almost impossible to pre-order one of their fancy new phones.

February 10, 2022 - The Samsung Galaxy S22 series has just been released, but you may encounter some difficulties if you try to purchase one of the new phones. Right now, they're just available for pre-order, but some consumers are having trouble checking out. Customers have complained that they are unable to reach the checkout page, which appears to have been loading for an extended period of time, and Twitter has been ablaze since the checkout page for booking Pre-order has been unavailable.

May 30, 2022 - Been trying to Pre Order S22 since 3.30pm today not got through absolutely shocking that a company of this size is unable to handle online pre orders! Looks like after 15yrs Apple may have my businesses at least there order process us simple!

To be eligible for trade-in, your qualifying device must meet all Trade-In Program eligibility requirements, which include, but are not limited to, that the device powers on, holds a charge, and does not power off unexpectedly; has a functioning display; has no breaks or cracks in the screen (unless a cracked screen offer applies); has no breaks or cracks in the case; has no liquid damage (whether visible or not); has no other defects that go beyond normal wear and tear; is not on a black list; has a verified FCC ID; has been reset to factory settings; has all personal information removed; has all software locks disabled; and is owned by you (leased devices are not eligible).

February 25, 2022 - We should point out that it sounds like this is affecting pre-orders for both the Galaxy Tab S8 and S22 lines, and various products in the ranges, not just one type of device. Saying that, there are plenty of people who have received their devices on time. ... Samsung is rumored to have changed its Galaxy S26 plans again – and we may not see the flagship phones before March

If you go to the main screen to start your order it doesn't give the options to do your trade in! on the samsung shop app it now gives the options, BUT it wont let you sign in the shop app, only as guest.

March 7, 2022 - Depending what you ordered, if you pre-order S22 with accessories, they will arrive together If you order other accessories that are already available they will come first, for example the 45w Charger, that already available so may get that first ... I didn't order anything separately - just the ones as pre-order gifts. I was hoping they shipped altogether, so good to hear that. Thanks · Still a little anxious about the order status not showing up on my account but fingers crossed it's ok...

March 21, 2022 - This one is just silly as I genuinely suspect (hope) that it is simply because the site has not been updated to reflect the late change in expected delivery dates. In terms of setting customer expectation, no better way to do that than to exceed expectation (ie deliver early) but then you do need to make sure all the other parts of the jigsaw puzzle are lined up too... ... When I tried to redeem it from the phone few days ago, the website says redemption opens on 25/2/2022. ... Same, guess it will let us order on 25th.
