What are some good thrift store recommendations? Havent shopped for clothes in a while and I’m trying to make it a little adventure haha.
Most so called "thrift" stores in the Bay Area are pretty pricey to the point of sometimes seeming like brand new. The only real thrift stores I know of around here are Goodwills.
I like Savers. There are a few in SJ and one in Redwood City. They have a lot of stuff and I’d say still priced pretty well
Does anyone know of any good places to thrift clothes? I know of goodwill but that's all i know, im not really sure where else because they might be too niche for me to know. Its fine if the locations is also a couple of miles away from San Mateo.
Going on a Thrift store crawl today with my best friend. We are hitting up the usual but Would love to discover a new store.
What are the rich neighborhoods in the area or not too far from here? Trying to visit Goodwills in those areas for high end stuff haha
Looking for a place to donate home goods. Things like furniture, tables, chests etc. just have a lot of random things that we don’t need anymore.
Thanks in advance!
If no luck, I will start posting them on NextDoor for free pick up.
Marketplace on Facebook, if is free people will show up the very next day. Another option can be Savers.
RWC Savers doesn’t seem to take a ton of furniture. Thrift Center in San Carlos might be a better option. But also seconding FB Marketplace or Buy Nothing groups. Also, if you have a curb, just put it all out there.
