The Skibidi toilet is the worst trend, it’s disgusting and unfunny, like the concept of heads sticking out of the toilet will already make me throw up. And the toilets keep saying the same thing over and over again like say something besides Brr Skibidi Dop Dop Dop Yes Yes. I hate the entire series. Do not watch.

Ok, today episode is so annoying with him keep on mentioning "Skibidi Toilet" and it's just so painfully annoying. He just won't shut up about it and trying to bring in more viewers because he knows the audience are kids or primarily kids focus and trying to bring them as he mention the show. Also, even Dan felt annoyed by his constant mentioning of it.
I mean, I think the joke is that they are referencing very recent meme culture that they are absolutely not a part of. A “how do you do my fellow kids” joke if you will.
I'm half way through the episode and he's only said the word toilet one... Did you time stamp it wrong or something because I've not heard a single reference unless it's some obscure one

I saw this one originally: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/8ufImgCs9JU and did some digging down the rabbit hole and found 25 minutes of DIFFERENT clips all based on the same type of animation. Some with almost a hundred million views!

I am a 21 year old woman who thinks skibidi toilet is pretty damn funny. I wouldn’t watch a compilation of them, but it makes me laugh when I see that ugly ass head pop out of the toilet. I especially like the ones with jump scares in them.
I have a gen alpha kid brother (he’s 10), but he doesn’t think skibidi toilet is funny at all and is annoyed at how big of a meme it’s gotten. It’s just me. I don’t even know why.
It's just a regular SFM. The quality even goes above average towards the latter episodes. Literally overhyped by children who don't know what Half-Life is and boomers who hate it because it's not an unfunny gmod from 1969.

So, I think at this point most people know what Skibidi Toilet is. But for those who don’t know, it’s a GMod animated YouTube series about singing toilet heads in a war against cameraman.
While I haven’t seen the series, I do know that everyone on the Internet despises it, calling it ‘brain rot’ or blaming it for ‘ruining this generation’.
But one widely-used criticism against it is that it’s not funny.
Now, I get it, humour is subjective. What might by funny to me might not be funny to someone else, though that could be because my sense of humour is low-brow in some way.
But one thing that’s perplexed me is that people always say that Skibidi Toilet isn’t funny, and just leave it like that. They don’t explain, don’t give a possible reason why it may not be funny to them, they just say it’s not funny and move on.
So I’m asking this question about why people might find Skibidi Toilet not funny, specifically what type of humour are they expecting from this series. Like laugh-out-loud, humour that grows on you, or maybe just turn off your brain humour?
