The plan manager can invite or remove members on their Duo page.

Join Duo by signing up or logging in with your existing account. Invite someone you live with to join Duo by email, WhatsApp - whatever works for you.

Select Spotify Duo Premium on the left side. Under People On This Plan click Invite Someone.

The fastest way to resolve this is to cancel the subscription of the account you want to invite to the Duo plan and wait for its subscription to expire.
