Follow the instructions provided in the invitation that you received if you have accepted a family expansion proposal from someone on a Spotify Family Plan. Normally, you will get an invitation link or an email having a unique code. Press on the link or put down the code and follow up by joining of your own will; this is when it prompts membership to join the family plan. Fill in details such as home address and authorize everything as required. Once this is done, all premium features contained in Family plans shall be availed to you.

If you want to share your Spotify Family premium subscription, you have to invite others. Open the Spotify app and go to the “Premium for Family” section. Just click on a vacant slot and begin inviting. Provide your family members with a unique invitation link or send them an invite through email. When they accept the invite, they will be added to your Family plan and access the premium features.

Adding someone on Spotify is not hard when you are subscribed to a Family plan. Initially, open the Spotify application and move on to the “Premium for Family.” Click on any blank space there and select either “Invite with a link” or “Invite with email”. You shall send this generated invitation link or enter the email address of the person whom you want to include here. The person will get an invitation which he/she may choose to take up or refuse as per their will.
