We have a phone that we have been using on Tmobile for a couple years (pixel 3a xl), and needed to free up a line, so we kicked my father in law off our plan and I'm trying to get him ported to Mint Mobile. But it turns out the phone is carrier locked to Sprint.
Tmobile support is unable to unlock this thing. At one point they said they had a number for Sprint customer service, and tried connecting me, but couldn't get through, I think it was after hours.
Anyone have a way to contact Sprint customer support? Or does that simply not exist anymore? Can't get this stupid phone unlocked.
