if you call a store, no associate in any department will answer. if you choose the option to inquire about shipping or delivery, it "answers" and then you sit on silent until you hang up
if you choose "customer assistance," you get a message that says "the person you are calling cannot be located"
if you choose chat, the bot just spams articles at you
I ordered a personalized puzzle for my wife's birthday and now my account says "no orders" even though a i got a confirmation email. god I wish I had not made the mistake of trying to do business with staples.
edit: finally got through. thanks to those who tried to help. for all those of you downvoting my post and comments and posting weird insults, I can't imagine having a job at a corporate box store that I liked enough to defend the company but I guess I'm happy for you
