this is where I get to tell my story about how I bought a cheap couch from them, it weirdly just ... broke about six months in with extremely light use, and when I went back to the store to discuss they asked if it was my "primary couch" and said they didn't recommend it as a primary couch. This is the College street store -- I was a little taken aback because a) they didn't mention that when I was buying it and b) who has a primary and secondary couch from structube in this condo-heavy area? Anyway. They replaced it. The replacement is still with me, but I remain very suspicious that it might crumble at any moment. Answer from Deleted User on reddit.com

Just couch shopping and trying to find a budget couch for a low traffic area. Structube looks nice, but I've heard of quality issues. Anyone have a couch from Structube that they've been happy with for more than 12 months? Product names would be awesome if you have recommendations.

I'm thinking about purchasing the Structube Carole sectional sofa bed. I've seen it in person at a Structube showroom, but I'd love to hear from someone who has owned it for a while. How has the quality held up over time? Does it maintain its firmness? Does the fabric pill? Thanks in advance

I don’t have the Carole, but I’ve had a Structube couch since 2022 and it’s good! A little sunken in one area where I sit most of the time, but still comfy (and only noticeable when sitting, it’s not visually sunken in). No pilling.

Hey guys. I haven't read great reviews about Structube, but I am not able to buy a decently priced sofa anytime soon in Toronto, as all the stores are showing me a date of 3-4 weeks from now. I will be moving into my unfurnished condo in a week, and need the sofa ASAP. Has anyone bought the Lula sofa bed from Structube? Should I go for it or nah?
