You’ll likely end up waiting in the queue for over 30 minutes. And if you're expecting any kind of priority service—guess what—there isn’t any. It’s strictly first come, first served. If you call at the start of the opening day on weekends, you might find yourself in line as number 1,500 to 3,000, with only about 100 to 200 agents handling those calls."

Yea that happened yesterday, a customer came in and ended up having to call care. They then walked up to us and said.."ummm its a 30 min wait" So my co-worker goes..."yes its saturday afternoon..everyone is home and probably calling in about something". The funny thing is I would imagine 80-90% of calls to t-mobile care have nothing to do with t-mobile, just like how people come into the stores with issues that have nothing to do with us.
