I've been trying to pay my bill for over 30 min now. Go to enroll in Auto Pay, they don't take Credit Cards. So I have to pull up my bank account/routing info. They won't let you paste long ass numbers so you have to manually type them into a PASSWORD field so you can't see if you got them right/wrong. Then clicking enroll does....nothing. Now clicking Billing says "There was an issue loading the page. Please try again at a later time.". You would think taking $$$ would be pretty damn high on their list of shit to get right. Oh and it's dog ass slow. I have better things to do, about to box this POS back up and take it to the store. I don't need it, just have it around as a backup ISP but I don't need this level of incompetence in my life. This is all in ADDITION to last month where I had to call them b/c the idiot at the store apparently didn't create the account correctly when I got the modem/router and I wasn't in their 'system'.
