you can use Termux and Tasker together via the termux-tasker plugin. I use this to play music automatically when starting my car and the car's bluetooth becomes active on my phone. You can also use crontab in Termux. Can you provide more info? I'm also having issues with the Wireless ADB connection. I looked into aShell. It requires a full working shizuku install. I tried shizuku from fdroid and the very first instructions are "setup wireless ADB or use a cable". Am I missing something? I don't know what rish is. More on reddit.com
