I'm not really sure what you mean by "theur" or "theuh". In Southern Standard British English, 'there' is pronounced /ðeə/. If you don't know the IPA, that's "th + air". What sound is "euh" or "eur"? Do you have an example of where else it's used? Answer from MostAccess197 on reddit.com
