There are so many places to go for a poke bowl, but for the cost and quality, I’d pass on True Food Kitchen. The Korean glass noodle bowl is way overpriced for what it is and it was quite salty. The chicken sandwich was pretty good. The $5 ice tea does not come with refills and tastes a bit like flavored Lipton instant tea. The ambiance is nice and the service is ok. Oh my Seasonal Organic Strawberry and Arugula Salad, VEG GF Bowl! I treasure this spot. The food is always on point, never a misfire. The grass fed beef...perfection. My favorites the Charred Cauliflower 🙂 Thanks local crew this is delicious.

In the time I worked, the menu is pretty easy to learn, food is actually good given that it’s mainly healthy foods, and only using a walk-in fridge, no freezer. The management was there for me, the kitchen as well performed. I feel in any restaurant industry your main struggle Will probably be with customers but 99% of the time the demographic for this restaurant are all cool people ...
