I’m looking for a solid piece wood table top (I have wooden legs already) and am a little bit hesitant for the cost. Is this a reasonable price for the piece?

I need to build a utility table for my kitchen to fit my espresso machine, grinder, bean canisters, and supplies. I'm looking at using a butcher block for the top, and since I'm light on tools I figure I'll just buy the tabletop and build the rest. Found this at Lowe's, unfinished, and it looks decent. Anyone use this before?

Since it's raw, I can finish it anyway I wish. Thinking I may get the 6' piece, and cut off 2' for that big cutting board I've always wanted.
For the utility table, I'm thinking I'll put a stack of Blum Metaboxes on one side for storage (2-3 drawers), and leave the other side open with a shelf to hold a couple rice dispensers. Maybe stick a box on one end to hold a couple bottles of flavored syrups. Should be pretty simple to design and build, but if anyone knows of a site with plans I wouldn't mind hearing about it.
