Their tracking number shows delivery and they even have a photo of the box at my doorstep, but nothing was there when I opened the door (I was home at the time of delivery and checked outside as soon as I got the notification). I'm assuming the driver took my package back for whatever reason since I don't have neighbors/potential porch pirates nearby. I contacted the seller who told me to open a claim with USPS even though that's not the right courier. They've stopped responding in chat since. UniUni has yet to respond to either of my two tickets. What should I do next?

I recently had a package shipped via UniUni, which is my first time using this carrier. The tracking status says 'Failed Delivery Attempt' and mentions 'Parcel Returned to Warehouse. Does anyone know where their warehouse might be located so I can pick it up myself? Or who to call?

I sent a support ticket for a package that said delivered to front door, but I never received. The photo he uploaded as proof, was of his hand holding the package in his car. Uni uni got back to me with this email my address is in Tucson Arizona and is clearly typed on the label of the package. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Uni uni is the worst delivery company ever. The drivers are obviously keeping customers packages, and uploading pictures from anywhere they want.

I replied to this email and still waiting for their response, hopefully they feel stupid sending me those pictures proof.🤣
