They keep saying they've "escalated" the case, but no one ever contacts me. They keep saying they are "checking the warehouse" and "checking with the driver" but no one ever contacts me.Their customer contact center is heavily under-staffed and not very knowledgeable.

September 20, 2025 - After 4 weeks of trying to get my order, they claimed that it was returned to sender because after 30 days of failed deliveries they return product. I contacted Korsina and was told no refund because order was destroyed after delivery attempts failed. Only question is if Korsina and UniUni are both scams, or just UniUni.

A few days ago I made some orders, everything seemed to be going normally...until Friday night, when UniUni sent me an email saying they couldn't deliver my order, but... they APPARENTLY tried to deliver it at 22:00, a time when my address (Freight forwarder) wasn't going to receive it.
The strange thing is that looking at the Cainao tracking, it appears with a different description (force majeure). UniUni's website says they would try to send the package again in 24-48 hours, but at the same time it says that if that doesn't happen, they will return it to the warehouse and i have to Support requesting a Second Delivery, and apparently, they didn't try to send it again, but instead returned it directly to the warehouse
Should I wait a couple more days in case they really try to send it? (through PODs, they deliver several orders to the same address at once) or simply request a Second Delivery? Thanks
