Hello. Recently my credit card was hacked. Fortunately it didn’t cost me any thing. Sent new credit card. Go to YouTubetv to change. Keeps saying code sent to email. Tried like 6 times. Also said sent to your iPhone. Nope. Verified my account settings and it’s all ok. Anyway to contact them? Or if not anyone know why this is happening? TYVM

I have had YouTube TV since 2018. It’s auto pay on my credit card. Never missed a monthly payment.

I tried to update my payment and credit card. Couldn’t do it. I tried it again. It kicked out again, so I tried the phone.
On June 30th , I spent 35 minutes with Google customer service.
At that time, they said they would get back to me in 24–48 hours
Still waiting.
Update: it took 3 weeks. And Google didn’t help much. I just deleted what I had and set up a new account. Whew.
