I had my 2-day air package shipped from CA to VA on Thursday, thinking it would land on Saturday… but after I shipped it out, I see that it said estimated delivery for Monday… i then checked online to see that for Saturday deliveries to happen, the label HAS to have the “sat” premium service selected and said on the label, for it to come on a Saturday… is it possible that the hub will just load it on a truck for Saturday if it lands during then, to ease up volume for Monday? Or would they just hold the package until Monday…

It's 2 business days. Since the company didn't ship it till Friday, then Monday is the first business day, and Tuesday is the day your package would be delivered. The issue is that the company waited so long to ship it. More on reddit.com

So the question you actually should ask is, do they have enough time to select and pack your order and have it ready before their scheduled pickup from UPS today. At 9:38pm, I'm gonna say no. If you are seeing an Origin scan on the package on Monday then it is due for delivery Wednesday. If the origin scan is occurring on Tuesday then it is due for delivery Thursday. If you order Monday afternoon then perhaps the shipper is not tendering it to UPS until Tuesday. If you are the shipper perhaps you are not making the cutoff time for where ever you are dropping the package off at.
