Can't remember if this is a server/client setup - if so, are you able to ping the DNS name of the server? You can also try running the client as administrator to see if there are updates that need to be applied at startup. More on reddit.com

I use UPS worldship at my work, and it gave me a notification that I had to upgrade to the newest version or I would no longer be able to use it.
So naturally I did, but the upgrade failed about 90% into it. Now when I try to open the program it's telling me I need to reinstall it. But when I go to download the program setup from the UPS website, it tells me "I have version 26 installed on my computer currently, and that this is an invalid upgrade path". But I cannot find version 26 anywhere on their site to try the reinstall. Any help would be appreciated!

Contact their support? I would definitely call them and notify them. Does your web account reference the order or software version? Is this a stand alone install or is it connected to a database on a server? Any backups?

Worldship is a train wreck. I’m so happy I don’t have to support it anymore. Call UPS support. You’ll run in circles trying to do anything yourself.
