Am I missing something or is this just another "deal" where nothing changed at all besides some token small thing for right wing media to put on a pedestal. 10% reciprocal tarrifs are still in effect and the only change I'm seeing here is that cars are at a 10% tariff for the first 100,000 and the jump up to 25% again.
