I contacted support for an issue and before I hung up the rep asked if there's anything else he could help me with. I jokingly said 'how about a free phone?' He thanked me for being a loyal customer for 25+ years and gave me a promo code and said I can use it at Walmart to get a free REVL or A15. I just have to pay an activation fee? Where do I even input a promo code at Walmart? Is this legit? Maybe I missed a step somewhere when he was explaining it, was kind of hard to understand 100% due to accent.

I earned the one month free this month and just got my promo code. I click the link to redeem and when I enter my phone number, it says it’s already in use. I assume because I have a free account with WalMart. Anyone know how to get around this? I don’t have a second phone number to use.

If a customer purchases an item and they have a $25 coupon or something does that mean I sold the item for $25 less or does Walmart take that hit cause I don’t have any promotions offered so they should be able to use these promo codes on my items
