What does a hyperactive thyroid mean?
I was just diagnosed with this last week after a stay in the hospital for something unrelated. Last jan i lost my twin brother and ever since i have been battling with weight loss. I can't seem to gain weight it doesn't matter how hard i try. I thought it had to do with the loss but i was just diagnosed with this. I also have a son that was diagnosed with this 2 years ago. I have also recently developed panic attacks and was told last week this could also be part of the cause. I am still learning about this with you. Im also hoping to find some answers. I especially want to gain weight. More on reddit.com
