Who accepts PayPal Pay in 4?
Is a credit check required when applying for PayPal Pay Later offers?
Can I pay off my Pay Monthly loan early?
PayPal is running a special with 20% back when using their Pay in 4 option. So for example, I buy something for $600, am I billed $150 or they deduct $150 from my bank account associated with them every two weeks? Or do they put the $150 on my PayPal Credit card on a every two week schedule and I pay it on my own? Getting $120 back seems like a good deal so I want to make sure I am using this option correctly without paying interests. Thanks!
What happens, what does PayPal do if you miss one of your Pay in 4 payments? I recently purchased something on eBay and was curious.
Hi!
I’ve made a couple of Pay in 4 transactions this past week, but I’m unable to do even 1 more. I’ve tried using family members’ accounts as well, but to no avail. I’m getting denied due to “suspicious activity”. This began when I was trying to checkout with an account and had to change my card details twice…honestly super infuriating. I’m not even getting an option to pay monthly either, else I’d take it.
Anyone in the same situation?
I've been an eBay seller for about 15 years now and exclusively use PayPal through eBay but have never used the pay in 4 option before. I really have 2 questions, i got far enough in the checkout screen where the next click will complete the transaction but i don't see the cash back banner anywhere how do i know that it will be applied to my order?
Also to be clear this is interest fee correct? I suppose the cash back would be more than the interest but i don't use BNPL services because they have interest built into the cost and as I always have fluid funds from sales I don't have issues paying up front but as far as I can tell this is almost just "free" 20% back because the 4 payments dont appear to add any interest?
Thanks for the help!
Hey guys
Just wanted you all to know that I use PayPal Pay in 4 as my Buy Now Lay Later tool and when you get approved, the first payment usually takes 3 -4 days before it comes out of your method of payment, sometimes as long as a week.
I know that isn't as good as 2 weeks like AfterPay offers now at least, but it's something you all should know.
PayPal Pay in 4 tells you the first payment will be taken out right away but it never does. Once the product is ordered it goes through but they need to wait for the merchant to do their part. And the merchant takes days and days up to a week. So it will say pending but that doesn't mean you weren't approved. In fact PayPal Pay in 4 even tells you the first payment was taken out already when it really hasn't. Their system is slow.
A lot of my Pay in 4's, even the second, third and last payment gets taken out a day or 2 later then the date it's supposed to. Mainly because as I said PayPal is super slow.
Just thought I'd offer that tidbit to you guys in case AfterPay changes things.
I want to create a new account and try to use Payment in 4.
Will it work for new accounts?
Also i heard its not being accepted right now, is this true?
I have chase credit card and I have read that chase doesn't allow BNPL purchases. Any advices how to use pay in 4 promotion before the deadline?
i had a rough patch with money and was unable to pay some of my things on time. i think this was a year ago or something, maybe? anyways, i got denied for these reasons:
Proportion of payments on all of your Pay in 4 installment loans that were declined. Proportion of payments on all of your Pay in 4 installment loans that were declined automatic payments. Number of denied debit card payments using your PayPal account(s) in the last year.
so like these make sense obviously, but will i get pay in 4 back after like a year or something if i’m good with my regular payments, or is it just completely gone?
