r/paypal on Reddit: Any Service that Allows Payment with PayPal for sites that accept Card?
November 29, 2023 -

I'm sorry if this question is too obvious or something, but I tried to search online and in here but couldn't find any answer.

Is there a service that you know where I can use my PayPal balance for sites that doesn't accept PayPal as payment processor? (Like Amazon, for example) So that while paying, money will be taken out from PayPal. It doesn't have to be free, if service charges for certain fee, that's also okay for me.

I know that's what PayPal DebitCard is for but it seems like that it's only for US, not for EU.

Editing for those who will check here in the future: For some EU countries, as far as I know, Monese can be used for this purpose, but they are an actual bank, so you need to create a bank account. For UK, Curve was supporting Paypal awhile ago, not sure if they still do that.

Look for the PayPal button when you check out online. Pay in 4 is a great option to make eligible purchases between $30-$1,500 more manageable by dividing your purchase into 4 bi-weekly payments with no interest and no fees.

Idk if this works but have you tried adding PayPal card to your wallet and tie that to your card in PayPal settings? Would that work? More on reddit.com

PayPal’s “pay in 4” has seriously saved me many times
Honestly, I don’t know why people are shaming you for this. I think it’s a great option! 0% interest and automatic payments. I was having a conversation with my husband yesterday that I honestly am a fan of these “spread your payment’s out with no fee places” it’s much better than putting it on a credit card. And also you are handling your finances! Don’t let anyone tell you you’re not allowed to make a purchase that’s spread out, just keep managing it, like you are! More on reddit.com
