I'm sorry if this question is too obvious or something, but I tried to search online and in here but couldn't find any answer.
Is there a service that you know where I can use my PayPal balance for sites that doesn't accept PayPal as payment processor? (Like Amazon, for example) So that while paying, money will be taken out from PayPal. It doesn't have to be free, if service charges for certain fee, that's also okay for me.
I know that's what PayPal DebitCard is for but it seems like that it's only for US, not for EU.
Editing for those who will check here in the future: For some EU countries, as far as I know, Monese can be used for this purpose, but they are an actual bank, so you need to create a bank account. For UK, Curve was supporting Paypal awhile ago, not sure if they still do that.

Today I wanted to use the Chase FF/Paypal quarterly bonus of 5% and was not able to find a way to do it at Walgreens or Publix.
I noticed the Paypal app gives access to a QR code but neither the drugstore nor the supermarket could read them.
