I think it comes down to it depends:Do this carefully and talk it through with your IT - as it may impact other things.You can definitely have folks login directly using the username and password for users in the system. You may need to turn off an SSO only login under a look and feel configuration.I think it becomes a little more complex as you work with the extended enterprise...but that should get people to login with their username and password.Logistically - you will need to send people their username and password from the system itself - via the activation email. We do this.
We use SSO for Prod but no other tenants and don't set the proxy policy.
Sandbox and Preview require manual login, with passwords set on specified accounts via a scheduled integration run that calls Update Workday Account.
Am I missing something? Why would you need a third party?
