How do I redeem my Xbox Game Pass ?
How do I redeem the Fortnite Crew pack with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?
How to actually redeem Xbox reward points? Explored everywhere, googled, etc. but can only set goals even though I have plenty of points - goal shows as 100% but no option to claim

Hi, Killeroxx. I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem, and I hope I can assist you to find a satisfactory solution.
There's a code for you to redeem.
You can follow the step by step link below:

Let me know if works
When I look for instructions on how to do this it keeps mentioning a "Rewards Hub", which I'm not finding anywhere. I've got a HOME button, that shows active friends, jump back in, and popular on Xbox; a social button, showing friends, parties, and chats; a search button (nothing comes up when I search for "Rewards Hub"); a My Libraries button showing captures, games, and consoles; a Game Pass button; and then a console button and bell button at the top. If I click on the icon for my account I can set a goal for a reward, but that's it. I've selected the reward goal, it shows 100% because I have more rewards points than is required to get it, but then... what do I do next? Lots of ways to set goals (i.e. "Set a Goal", "Explore the Catalog and Set a Goal"), but I'm not seeing how to actually get the reward. I've clicked everything that looks like a button and explored everywhere, I've googled instructions, but I can't find it.
Developer Rockstar finds further ways to improve the Red Dead Redemption console experience for Switch 2, PS5 and Xbox Series consoles in a brand new 2025 release. Via this separate native app for each system, we're getting much closer to PC's top settings - though even today, cutbacks are still necessary in grass LODs and shadows on PS5. Meanwhile the Switch 2 release offers arguably the most substantial improvement over what came before in the 2023 OG Switch version, with 60fps, DLSS and even mouse controls added to the equation. In turn Tom tests each version - with even a look at the iPhone version later in the review.
So I’ve seen the same thing that a lot of people have been seeing with having to repurchase the game in the Xbox store. I even went in to the Xbox app on my phone to see if it would show differently and it actually said free while my Xbox didn’t. I clicked on purchase button and added it to my game library. I went back to my console and nothing seemed to have changed. I searched the game up again and the series version now had a manage game button and the option to buy it for 50% was still there too when viewing it in the store. I clicked on the purchase offer and it took me to the 360 version that was already installed. So I read up in the game description and it seems purchasing this newly released bundle includes the 360 version and its content. I then decided to uninstall the 360 version and went back to the store and clicked on the manage game option gain only this time now the series version and the 360 version both show up on the install list. Currently installing it on my series x. TLDR: try checking different versions of the Microsoft store front to redeem the free version of the series update and delete your Xbox 360 version to not confuse your console into only launching the 360 versions game file management option. Whatever issue was happening had to be Microsoft’s fault by way of how the systems confuse current 360 version owners as full bundle owners since you can’t purchase the standalone 360 version anymore.
Hey everyone, just wanted to make a quick PSA because this one hit me hard and I don’t want anyone else dealing with the same mess.
Earlier today, someone got into my Microsoft/Xbox account and bought Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Cross-Gen Bundle + Content Pack 1 (about $72 total). Before I even realized what was happening, they redeemed everything.
I checked my order history and saw the gift codes marked as “used.” No refund option. No undoing it
How it happened
I’m still not 100% sure how they got in. I didn’t click anything suspicious recently, but it’s clear someone managed to access my account long enough to:
Buy games
Redeem the gifts
Leave no trace
I only noticed because I got the emailed receipts.
What I did next
If this happens to you, here’s what to do IMMEDIATELY:
-
Hit “Log out everywhere” on your Microsoft account
-
Change your password
-
Turn on passkey/2FA (I set mine so you literally can’t log in without my phone now)
Why I’m posting this
’Tis the season for hacks, phishing attempts, and compromised accounts. If this happened to me — with a pretty solid password — it can happen to anyone.
Please:
Enable two-step verification
Use the Microsoft Authenticator app or a passkey
Don’t store your card if you don’t need to
Check your order history regularly
Seriously… protect yourselves. This one blindsided me.
Stay safe out there, and double-check your security settings.
EDIT: Just as a heads up, this was an old account that I mostly forgot about but still had my CC attached to it. Normally I set up 2FA for everything but this was an old account that slipped through the cracks of the past.
EDIT 2: I'll take all of the heat and hate if it means some people out there double check and increase their security settings. All I wanted to do was be a cautionary tale for others.
