You'd need knowledge of CSS, and an extension called Stylus. You'd have to identify the CSS for those boxes, and then look at the placement, and then move them by hand where you want them. ( #latestCommentBox {margin-right: 20px;} would be what it would look like ) To take out the box with the two idiots in it, you'd set that one to display none.
