I wouldn't really recommend a leather jacket from Zara due to the typical nature of their clothing as far as quality goes. Unfortunately, it's difficult to get a nice leather jacket that's made well and with high quality materials for any kind of low price. Of course, it all depends on your situation whether you're able to take that route. I am a Zara fan, but they are "aspirational" which means they sell to people with a budget. Pig leather is cheaper because farmers can slaughter pigs in just a few months as opposed to a couple of years for cows. Pig leather can feel a little stiff and rubbery, has less attractive surface (grain, and visible pores), and does not drape as well as cow leather. Well, the Zara one is faux-leather so already that is a pretty large strike against it. The quality will not be very good at all most likely. In your price range I would say stick to thrift stores, ebay, and grailed.com especially because it seems like you want to experiment first. Then once you're positive of what you want, save for a real leather jacket as they are a pretty big investment for a good quality piece. More on reddit.com
