Try undervolting on it, it will give you a lot of satisfactions!

at that budget nothing will resell well because those parts will either be already old/second hand and when you want to upgrade (which will be pretty soon cause at that low a budget you'll be giving up a lot) that parts won't be worth much.
If you're going to game at that budget. Either save up to at least the $1000 mark or buy a console now they will last you far longer than any budget gaming rig you can build today. Hell a series X/S can even run emulators.
