Aerie's Crossover Flare Leggings Are My New Favorite Going-Out Pants
May 4, 2022 - Aerie’s Real Me High Waisted Crossover Flare Leggings don’t look like typical leggings either. They fall in line with what’s trending at the moment. Flared pants are a must-have in every closet, and this pair is particularly versatile. I consistently wear them to Trader Joe’s, on my ...

I tried the Aerie flare leggings, and they're truly worth the hype
November 2, 2023 - I tried Aerie's famous flare leggings, and I'll never go back to regular leggings. I love the loose hem, crossover waistband, buttery soft fabric and so much more.

How long is the short inseam for the "OFFLINE By Aerie Real Me High Waisted Crossover Flare Legging"? : r/americaneagle
November 21, 2024 - From my experience, anything 29-30” inseam is too short for me and I have to buy long inseam in these and they are not even that long, so I’m going to guess 32-33”, I’m 55” and have short legs and a long torso. ... Thank you! I clicked on the size chart on the page for them and it didn't show me the inseam length for some reason. 😭 ... If you still need I can measure the inseam of my small short pair? I’m obsessed w measurements bec I’m a short on average but every now & then an extra short & rarely a regular length depending on if platforms are involved or not 🤣 ... Also Aerie will sometimes do the measuring for you if you call your local store.

Aerie Leggings Review: Are They Worth The Hype? – Feeling Good as Hail
It’s obviously due to the crossover style, so amen for that. Other than how the waist fits, my hips and legs fit comfortably and look great too. Both pairs fit comparably, obviously, the only difference is the bottom of the leggings where one fits skinny and one fits flared.

Latest Aerie Finds: Comfy Flared Leggings + Seamless Bra - Styled by Science
May 29, 2023 - And these flared leggings did not disappoint! Leggings (S) | Tote Bag | Sunglasses | Cardigan (Similar) | Sneakers · Fabric: Nylon / spandex. Very lightweight. These pants look small at first but they stretch a lot. I ordered a size S (my usual size), and they fit just right. Because the fabric is a lot thinner, they are also not as warm as the other OFFLINE leggings I own. Design: Very flattering, and slimming. I love the crossover waistband, and it looks cute with a longline sports bra.

r/PlusSizeFashion on Reddit: Aerie Leggings
December 24, 2023 -

I’m looking to order a pair of aerie leggings but I’ve only ever bought sweaters from them. I’ve heard good things but I wanted to see how you think the sizing is. I’m debating between the xl short and xxl. I did the size guessing thing on the website where I put my weight, height, body shape and age and it said 39% xl short and 21% xxl, but it didn’t give me a for sure size.
I typically wear a 20ish in pants (sometimes a 16, sometimes 18, sometimes 20 or 22) and I am 7 months postpartum with from second baby, so my body has changed a lot and I’m just trying to buy some basics that will fit me. I’ve never had loose belly skin or carried much weight in my stomach but I have some now. I’ve always had curvy hips, so finding leggings and jeans that fit my hips and thighs but don’t have a gap at my waist is sometimes hard. I’m a little short, about 5’4” and I wear short length in Abercrombie jeans, they’re always the perfect length.
TIA! The idea of dragging a toddler and baby to the mall to see if they have my size in store and then try them on is my worst nightmare. I thought about ordering both sizes and I might but I’d prefer not to have to go through the hassle of returning if I don’t have to.
Edit: I live in the US and there’s currently a sale going on so I was hoping to order a couple colors to replace some very old and very worn leggings

like someone said above, the aerie crossover leggings are PHENOMENAL. they are soooo flattering & SO comfy. i love their “flare leggings” too (ahem, yoga pants for us over the age of 20…). im 4 months pp & like a size 18/20 & i can still wear my size larges but i prefer my xl’s. i think you’d be perfectly happy with an xl because of how theyre made. i started buying this style about 4 years ago when i was a size 12/14 & i still love them just the same. once you begin wearing them you wont want to try any other leggings lol

Hi friend! Maybe I can help!

So, in my experience (as someone who lives in Aerie leggings lol) the fit depends on which style you get. I'm a size 14 (was a 16/18 earlier this year), 5'5", and incredibly curvy with large hips/booty and a small natural waist comparatively.

Personally I don't like their OG high waisted leggings - I find that the XXL is too big for my waist but great for my legs/booty/thighs, but the XL, while it fits fine, feels almost like the fabric is uncomfortably trying to keep my body tighter? If that makes sense? But I also get overstimulated from certain fabrics, so that might be the case. When I was a 16/18, the XXL was my go to and felt pretty good but still had slight gapping issues at my waist so I had to keep pulling them up lol.

My favourite, and holy grail, are the OFFLINE Real Me Xtra Crossover ones. They have the best stretch, do not gap, allow me to move my body comfortably, and are probably the most comfortable leggings I've ever worn. You can have pockets or opt for the non pocket option. The XXL on me gaps heavily at the waist, though, whereas the XL fits my body like a glove. And no issues with length!

Ultimately, it depends on how things fit you and how you prefer things to feel on your body. 🫶🏻 I'd try both sizes on if you're able to and get a feel for how they fit your body (especially because our measurements and comfortability on how clothing fits/feels will vary). If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. 🙂
