We’ve received a few questions from sellers, stating their Amazon account isn’t showing order history. In most cases, this is due to the filters the Manage Order page. and easy to fix. Here are some potential pitfalls and how to fix them.First, from Seller Central, go to Orders > Manage Orders.

ETA: Our friend SUNDANCE brings up a very valid point immediately below, as should those Order IDs fall outside of the Date Range that Transactions View is using, the result would be the same. As we have found that the Date Range we set for any particular GUI will not always be ‘remembered,’ we routinely begin interfacing with GUIs that have a Date Range by checking/setting that first.

Another long shot: At the far right side of the screen, in blue font, it should say “View FBA orders >”. If you had accidentally clicked on that, it would say " View Seller Fulfilled orders >" and it would not show you your orders. ... I am now having this issue since Black Friday 2019.

Answer (1 of 4): I got a notice from Amazon that there had been unauthorized activity on my account and I was able to see the fraudulent transactions in my order history for a couple of days, then they dissappeared as if they’d never happened, apparently deleted by Amazon.

Happening to us as well. Incidentally, ad based revenue is being tracked separately and seems to be at least non $0, however the total sales for the day shows $0. I see the orders come through and can process them so there is that.
