Wife and I signed up for AList which is cool, basically pays for itself if you see more than 1 movie a month.
Anyways, the actual experience there may get me to cancel.
I don’t know if it’s AMC or the building owner, the air in there is stagnant and hot. Like they’re not running fans or the ac at all. Wouldn’t surprise me. I did bring it to their attention a month ago. Even emailed corporate. Crickets.
Sucks because CMX isn’t doing a monthly program anymore as far as I’m aware. Challenger Learning Center doesn’t either.

Fellow amc employee here 👋🏻I can say that it's an ongoing issue and it is very annoying for everyone involved. Either half the theater ac is broke or all of it is broke and it happens a lot. It's like a 30 years old unit or something but the person who owns the building won't do anything 😔 I wish someone would fix it. Sorry for the heat tho!

I feel there may be a cash flow issue with AMC. That and a supply chain issue are taking a toll. It cost over $100.00 for 4 tickets and snacks to see a movie. The theater was hot.

My wife and I went to see the movie Black Panther and have never been to an IMAX movie. We paid the extra cash thinking this would be top of the line experience. The movie itself was awesome but the seats were old and the armrest was dirty and coming apart. We enjoyed the reserved seating and the picture quality, just would’ve loved better seats like the other rooms in the theater.

I went and saw Weapons in IMAX over the weekend and it was so hot. I asked to have the air turned down and I assumed she did but it never got cooler. I thought all of the theaters were fixed 😣

The theaters in the back are all pretty cool but the ones in the front, while the AC seems to be working, still runs warm. Depending on your tolerance level, choice accordingly.

Theater 5 (just behind concessions) was hot as hell last night. They kept the doors open to the lobby.
