I have always used the Type 27 / stepped or offset wheel... on my Dewalt DW402. The type 1 fits (7/8 arbor hole) but the wheel come dangerously close to the grab handle... yeah, I know... no guard. :nono: so do I need to buy another grinder to use use the type 1 flat wheels?
