I posted something similar just 2 days ago. I got through to a concerige 30 minutes before closing on my third day of trying. Concerige is nice and helpful, it's just the system of getting through is a bit more tricky. I'm not sure who's down voting your post cause it's a sincere question but it happened with my post as well despite all the helpful responses.

November 24, 2024 - Associates are given 2 half days of training before they are launched into having to manage 3 live chats at the same time. Employees are heavily tracked by the company and have an expectation to meet the strict interactions/sales per hour quotas. In order to keep things moving Aritzia has a policy where if the customer doesn’t respond in live chat within 2 minutes (every time) they will close the chat due to being inactive.
