Disclaimer: this is our first furniture purchase and I see that we needed to be more cautious and read all the things and ask all the questions. Lesson learned.
So we bought a couch 8/11/24 from Ashley. 5-7 weeks to deliver is what we were told. We did a “no interest if paid in full within 12 months” thing. Seemed simple enough, but today I got a credit card in the mail from Ashley/TD Bank. Our sales rep never mentioned anything about a credit card to us. Just said payment starts once all furniture is delivered. I did look at our papers and there’s one I signed saying I agree the purchase is subject to terms, promotional offer, and Cardholder agreement. That’s my fault for not reading all the fine print. HOWEVER, I still don’t know what this credit card is for..? Sales rep won’t answer our calls. Does this card have our furniture balance on it and we pay toward the card? Do we use another card to pay on this card?
Can anyone offer more insight? We can make the payments but I’m just not sure what this credit card has to do with it

Ashley Furniture Store Card or Loan or Another option?
Ashley Furniture Black Friday deal - need their Credit Card to meet some of the deals
If you make new purchases on the card you have a 60 month (5 year) no interest period at 0%.
If you DO NOT pay off the entire promotional balance by the end of the 0% interest period, you will owe interest (on the promotional amount) and going forward at 29.0% interest.
For example, if you charge $3500 - in order not to be charged interest you need to have paid this amount in TOTAL before the expiration of the 0% APR (or promotional) period.
