Am I able to use the onboard video on my motherboard? There is 1 display port and 1 HDMI port. I have dual screens so I'd need to use both. Is it possible at all? I'm going to be selling my 2080 and I just need to be able to use my PC in the mean time. I know I won't be able to do any gaming on it.

I have the x570 e atx mobo with a 5900x and running a 1080ti so considering upgrading the GPU. I’m not great with all this but are these good enough to handle 3090-4090 and get best potential out of them?

You'll have PCIe Gen 4 capable slots so no problem there, but the PSU you currently have will be more of a factor on whether you can handle a 3090/4090 or not

As long as you have a PCIe x16 slot you can fit more or less any graphics card on the motherboard. Your motherboard has PCIe x16 gen 4, which is the max speed it can run, and even the latest and greatest Geforce RTX 4090 isn't running gen 5, so it would work to it's full potential on your motherboard. Even if some future graphics card would support gen 5, it will run perfectly fine at gen 4 speed when connected to a gen 4 slot. Note that I'm not talking speed of the graphics card, but the speed it communicates with the CPU and the rest of the system, and it normally don't make a big difference (though there are som exceptions, like the Radeon 6500XT)

Integrated Graphics in the 2nd and 1st Gen AMD Ryzen™ with Radeon™ Vega Graphics Processors
The 3800X does not come with integrated graphics. It is the CPU that carries the integrated graphics not the motherboard, the motherboard just has to support it. You need a dedicated GPU to run the 3800X

No it doesn't have intergreted graphics in the CPU so as a result the Board does not support graphics out of the board connections

In your screenshots your memory frequency is 3600, so you have fabric/memory overclock enabled. Did you try it with default/stock fabric/memory clock? Also check the PCIE slot/GPU PCIE Connector for broken/dirty contacts.
