There's a Stocksund long storage ottoman. Also a wood Hemnes bench unit with towel/coat hooks.
We use an Ivar shelving unit with lots of shelves, and a separate bench in front for taking off shoes. The bench was an outdoor clearance item somewhere years ago and I pinned some IKEA fabric around the cushion. I keep meaning to attach a roman shade to the front of the shelving unit so it's more presentable - apparently they are just the right size, and the magnetic strip sounds very practical for that application.
There are some beautiful items in the Nordkisa line, too, but only if you are Marie Kondo herself for those open wardrobes! TheNordkisa bench next to the Nordli 2-drawer dresser might be what you are looking for.

Ikea does bench sitting on some displays, I've seen them done with 40cm tall kitchen units and a butcherblock type top. I'd say add some L brackets to the inside, use a solid top and build a proper base (from wood, just don't use the plastic legs) and it will work. More on reddit.com

Ikea’s website doesn’t list weigh limits, despite advertising as benches to sit on with a cushion seat.
This will be going in the kitchen so ideally a pull out like the Smastad for pots and pans. Alternatively the Besta. Does anyone recommend?
