My guess is you didn't register your purchase beforehand as it clearly instructs to do so on the packaging and they won’t honor the warranty because it’s not registered. How accurate was I? Your post contains very little detail, so I’m guessing I’m right. More on reddit.com

Apple told me in December 2024 that I should buy the Belkin because they would replace it for life. Buying a screen protector for $40 is crazy, that’s already a scam in itself. I dont know how people are still buying it. I could buy like 4 of the 3 pack screen protectors on amazon for that money and they actually last longer. On top of that I’ve gotten replacements for free from esr before, they immediately sent one out and arrived in two days. Right now I’m using spigen and it’s great. No micro scratches or cracks

I’ve bought these from apple in the past. You need to register your protector with Belkin. If it breaks, they will replace it and you can take the replacement to the Apple Store to get put on.
