Happy holidays. Well, if you've received your purchased items, kudos to you!

We have been dealing with a wretched and offensive delivery guy tasked with bringing our appliances to our home. He says "5 minutes away" and never shows. He then says, "You gave wrong address" when we ask his whereabouts. We then sent turn-by-turn directions, and he just never came nor responded. Our items also haven't made it back to the warehouse!?

After 5 hours trying to get help from local to regional corporate (who also couldn't reach the driver) we were told that, actually, it's a third-party delivery service that Best Buy uses and they would be responsible for the driver.

Does ANYONE know what third-party company's they use for Atlanta and suburbs deliveries?

This is insane. And no answers from anyone. Only, "We will keep trying and look out for the return of your order."

WHAT?!

So, we need help to find and call the drivers company.

We can't be the only family dealing with this. So extremely frustrating.
