I bought a laptop from Best Buy and I’ve been having a lot of issues. Apparently, the courier lost the package and I’ve been trying to get a replacement or refund. I’ve talked back and forth with Best Buy employees on the phone and I couldn’t get help so I went to the Best Buy in my city and talked with the manager with some help. He said the best thing to do is to contact Best Buy Corporate by email or phone and talk to them about my issue. I’ve been looking all over and I can’t find the email for Corporate. I found 2 phone numbers that contact Corporate but I couldn’t contact them because I didn’t call within the business hours. The next thing I want to do is email them but I can’t find an email for Best Buy Corporate. Does anyone know the email for Best Buy Corporate?

If you go to your local store's website where it shows the store hours, address, and phone number. You will see a spot that says "E-mail Us". This will give you the ability to E-mail all the managers in the store. However, if you ordered the item online I would recommend calling 1888-bestbuy. If you bought it in-store just go back to the store you bought it from (if you are able to) and talk to the Customer service associates. I hope this answers some of your questions.
