Hey! I've had a dream of filmmaking for a long time now and would like to get into making my own stuff. (Have only done VFX on others footage so far) Could you guys recommend any good all-round camera for no more than $500 - 550 (I realise it's not a lot for you professionals but I hope it'll make a good start at least.) I'd like it if I don't have to buy any additional lenses for thousands of bucks as well. If the standard camera itself could manage most of what's thrown at it that would be awesome!

Hey everyone,
I'm looking for a video camera for $500 or less. NOT a photo camera, but a video camera. I cannot go over $500.
If possible, 4k 60fps recording would be great. If not, 1080p 60fps will also be fine. I do NOT want 4k 30fps or 1080p 30fps.
In terms of location: I'm along the East Coast. I will be buying the camera mid-May, so if there are any good deals around that time, that will work too.
I will apologize in advance and say that I know very little about cameras. At last resort, I can buy a GoPro Hero.
Thank you!
