If you're doing a tandem, I would suggest Oceanside. I've jumped there as an experienced jumper, and there were some great views of the ocean on the way up and the way down. More on reddit.com

Hi friends! Trying to decide between Skydive Santa Barbara, GoJump Ocenaside, or Pacific Skydive (in San Diego) for my 2nd ever jump. Really trying to get the best views of the ocean.
Would appreciate any and all recommendations and also if theres a best time of day for the views. Thanks so much in advance!

If you're doing a tandem, I would suggest Oceanside. I've jumped there as an experienced jumper, and there were some great views of the ocean on the way up and the way down.

If its a tandem, I would suggest Oceanside for the view. Skydive San Diego has an ok view of downtown and you can see into TJ but Oceanside has the better view of the 2 imho. If you ever want to possibly learn, I would suggest Perris so you can see what a real DZ is like :)
