I'm sure this is a painful question for those here.
I'm on a non profit of a small group that has moved to hybrid meetings.
With about 8-10 people in person and 4-5 virtually I'm trying to find a good way to capture audio for virtual attendees and broadcast their audio. It also needs to be portable as we meet in different spaces.
We're currently using a Bluetooth Anker mic/speaker which sucks.
We're just looking for something inexpensive, hoping to keep it under $2k if possible.
We're just looking for a "good enough".
Thank you.
I’m looking for advice on a good quality, durable speaker phone that I can throw in my backpack & use when customer A/V equipment sucks. I do a lot of onsites, often with a mix of in-person and zoom call-ins to a customer conference room. We can usually figure out the tv/projector, but all too often we wind up using a single laptop speaker/mic and the people on zoom are barely able to hear the discussion in the room. Any products you all recommend? I’d prefer something small and durable because my bag is already pretty full & I’ll never know in advance if I’ll need to rely on the speakerphone so I’d need to bring it everywhere
