I’ve been using the regular BMO cashback but they are offering me to upgrade, the difference is the $120 annual fee (1st year is free) is it worth to upgrade just because of the benefits, the fee might be free if I pay it with the cashback points.

BMO World Elite used to be my primary card. It used to be good, but they changed the rewards significantly so I switched to the Rogers World Elite instead. Significantly better rewards if you're a Rogers/Fido customer.
