2. Choose a Domain Name: Next, you'll need to decide on a domain name for your business email. Ideally, it should reflect your company or brand name. If you already own a domain, you can use that. Otherwise, Microsoft offers domain registration services, or you can purchase one from a domain registrar.
3. Configure DNS Settings: Once you have a domain name, you'll need to configure the DNS (Domain Name System) settings to point to Microsoft 365. This involves adding some specific DNS records, such as MX (Mail Exchanger) records, to your domain's DNS management panel. This step is crucial for routing your business emails correctly.
