I've decided to upgrade from my Sony a7, but I'm cut up on whether to go with Canon or Nikon, I mainly do landscape photography with sometimes doing street photography. I also want to get into more night time photography. I can get either at a similar price with the z7ii being a little bit cheaper, I've heard the autofocus on the z7ii isn't the best but I didn't think that would affect me since i only shoot photos and not videos

Since you have Sony and aren't really complaining about the brand, I'd recommend sticking to Sony and finding something in your price range. I might be off, but do Canon really offer great(!) landscape gear? - No clue about Nikon Z
